How do I choose the right size for my cosplay?
Each costume has a specific size chart located on the product page. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips in centimeters and comparing them to the chart. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.
What is the difference between R, SR, and SSR quality levels?
Our quality tiers reflect the detail and fabric used. R-grade is great for beginners, SR offers higher quality fabrics and more accessories, while SSR represents our top-tier collection with premium embroidery and professional-grade materials.
How long does shipping take for 'Ready to Ship' items?
Items marked as 'Ready to Ship' are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard international delivery takes approximately 10-20 days, while express shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Can I return or exchange my costume?
We accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized items and intimate apparel (like wigs or socks) are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Are the wigs pre-styled like the photos?
Our wigs are trimmed and basic-styled for photography, but they are shipped flat to prevent damage. You will need to use hairspray and styling tools to achieve the exact look shown in the character photos.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs fees levied by your country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
